I’m Frances, and I’d like to offer you a warm welcome to Reflexity counselling. If you’re looking for someone who is compassionate, reflective and inclusive, you’ve come to the right place. We can meet in my counselling room in Beggarwood, Basingstoke or I can offer you a home visit. I also work with people online.

I am a qualified counsellor with over 10 years experience working in the mental health field, I can help you with the following:

About Counselling

There’s huge strength in what you’re doing, looking for help. Within the safety of the counselling room (online or in person) is where any subject can be explored. By talking, we’re able to gradually uncover sources of pain, shame, loss, regret, disillusionment, fear—nothing is off the table.

In Person Centred Counselling, I work empathically, listening carefully, to fully understand you. This may be the first time you set aside time, just for you. This approach can help you work towards being the person you’ve always wanted to be. I’m able to help you to:

  • Understand your emotions/feelings such as stress, anxiety, sadness, depression, shock, grief, overwhelm or isolation
  • Gain insights into your relationships
  • Make changes to your life and/or to accept things that can’t change
  • Work towards personal goals
  • Feel more hopeful and/or find meaning and purpose in life

As an integrative counsellor, I combine various models to ensure the way I work suits each individual or couple.
